This is our absolute favorite tinned fish. Wild, troll caught coho (silver) salmon by fishermen in Craig, AK. It’s canned in Craig, AK, by the masters at Wild Fish Cannery with Barnacle Foods’ Habanero Hot Sauce. Barnacle Foods, based in Juneau, AK, makes this delicious sauce with a little habanero, a hint of sweet mango, and umami-rich Alaska kelp in which melds with the coho salmon for epic deliciousness.
We like to make a delicious salmon spread by mixing one can with 8 oz of cream cheese, green onions, fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon. Serve with crackers, bread, 9r veggies. Yum.
