Killer Whale artwork by Tlingit carver Tommy Joseph is laser cut  on black batik fabric with fusible backing, plus the pattern to make up a 16" x 20" wall hanging.  The Lasercuts are by Westfield Laser Design. The fusible is Soft Fuse Premium. You just remove the paper backing, position on the background fabric and iron to fuse in place.

You provide the other fabrics to finish the project.
