We love Andrea Mowry's Ooey Gooey Cowl pattern so much that we have put together a couple of distinctly Alaskan colorways designed to work with her pattern. We combine the amazing our Wooly Mammoth Cloud yarn and sock weight superwash merino wool to produce an incredibly soft and cozy fabric that is also durable. The yarn enclosed is our in house locally-dyed Wooly Mammoth yarn so you can be sure it’s authentically Alaskan.

Kit includes:

• Cloud yarn in Tundra Moss. The fiber is 42% Baby Alpaca; 35% Silk; 13% 18.5 Micron Merino Wool & 10% Yak. Two 50 gram skeins which measure 437 yards each of lace weight yarn. This stuff is soft, cozy and creates a lightweight halo around your fabric. 
• Merino Wool Sock Weight Yarn in Summer Fireweed & Tundra Moss. The yarn is 80% Superwash Merino Wool with 20% Nylon for durability. Each 100 gram skein measures 400 yards.

We recommend using 16" circular needles in size US 4 or 3.5 mm which you can buy separately.
